Territory Protection

Leadership Management International (LMI) does not provide exclusive territory protection to its franchisees. Franchisees are allowed to operate within the continental U.S., but the agreement does not restrict LMI from placing other franchises in the same area.

The agreement emphasizes compliance with brand standards and includes post-termination non-compete clauses within a 100-mile radius of prior sales, but it does not guarantee territorial exclusivity during the term of the franchise.
