  1. Initial Training Program: This multi-day program must be completed within three months of signing the agreement and covers Executive Director Onboarding, Chapter Support Training, and Chapter Launch Training. It is mandatory for the franchisee, Key Person, or Managing/Chapter Directors and is conducted at a location designated by Corporate Connections.

Territory Protection

The Corporate Connections franchise provides franchisees with a defined Region, which is the geographic area where they are authorized to operate their business. However, the franchise agreement clearly states that franchisees do not receive an exclusive territory.

While they have the right to operate within their Region, they may face competition from other Corporate Connections franchisees, company-owned outlets, or other channels of distribution.

The franchisor reserves the right to own, operate, or license additional franchises outside the granted Region, and there are no implied territorial protections beyond what is expressly granted.
