ActionCOACH provides a comprehensive set of training programs to franchisees, designed to prepare them for effective business operations and coaching services. The training includes structured classroom sessions and ongoing support.
ActionCOACH grants its franchisees a limited form of territory protection through what it calls a Designated Direct Marketing Area (DDMA). This DDMA is semi-exclusive and defined by zip codes, postal codes, or counties.
Within this area, no new franchises will be granted or licensed to conduct Direct Marketing to businesses, although existing franchisees with prior rights may continue operating and could compete within the same DDMA.
While this structure does offer some level of protection, it is not entirely exclusive. Franchisees must also refer service requests from outside their DDMA to the Master Licensee, unless special permission is granted to service those clients. Furthermore, the Franchisor or Master Licensee retains control over online advertising terms and may redirect service opportunities based on established territory boundaries.
