Established in 2011 by Adam Rice in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, ISI Elite Training derives its name from the phrase "Iron Sharpens Iron."

This fitness center offers 50-minute, athletic-focused training sessions designed for individuals of all fitness levels, starting from age 11, with the potential to burn up to 1000 calories per session.

Training 

Initial Training Duration: The initial training program spans approximately 40 hours, combining classroom instruction and hands-on experience. ‍

Location: Training is generally conducted at the franchisor's headquarters or another designated site.

‍Fee: A $3,000 fee applies to the initial training program.

‍Content: The training encompasses a range of topics essential for operating an ISI Elite Training franchise, including business management, marketing, sales, and the unique fitness programs provided by ISI Elite Training.

Additional Training Availability: The franchisor may offer additional on-site support and training, depending on the availability of their field representatives.

‍Fee: Franchisees requesting this additional support may be required to pay the franchisor's prevailing Additional Training Fee.

Certification Requirements Personal Training Certification: Individuals conducting any proprietary fitness programs, workouts, or challenges must hold a certification from a personal training program accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA).
