Training

Il Mito provides a multi-tiered training program to equip franchisees and their team members with the skills and knowledge necessary to operate the franchised business successfully.

  1. Initial Training Program: Prior to opening, Il Mito requires the franchisee or designated personnel (up to two employees) to attend and complete an initial training program. This training, conducted at a location designated by the franchisor, covers the operation and administration of the business. While there is no tuition fee, the franchisee bears all associated expenses such as travel and accommodation.
  2. Opening Assistance: In addition to training, Il Mito offers site selection and operational assistance during the startup phase. If the franchisee requests extra help or if the franchisor deems it necessary, it can provide further on-site support at the franchisee’s expense, including per diem and travel costs for the trainer.
  3. Ongoing Training: Il Mito may mandate participation in ongoing training sessions such as seminars, conventions, or webinars. These can occur up to twice per year and are charged at a daily rate per attendee, with the franchisee responsible for all related travel and lodging expenses. This ensures the franchisee remains updated on system standards and operational best practices.

Territory Protection

Il Mito offers its franchisees a clearly defined exclusive territory in which the franchisor agrees not to establish either company-owned or franchised outlets selling the same or similar goods or services under the same or similar trademarks.

This exclusivity is not contingent on achieving sales targets or other performance benchmarks, and the franchisor may not alter the territory even if population growth occurs within it. The territory typically consists of a geographic area like a 3-mile radius or specific zip codes.

Despite this protection, Il Mito reserves the right to use alternative distribution channels—such as the Internet, catalog sales, or telemarketing—to solicit or accept orders within the franchisee’s territory.
