Training

Home Clean Heroes provides detailed training to its franchisees to ensure operational success and brand consistency. The franchisor offers the following programs:

  1. Franchise Training Program
This is a comprehensive 7-day training program, which includes 4.5 days of onsite instruction in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The program covers critical aspects of operating a Home Clean Heroes business, and attendance and successful completion by the franchisee and any designated manager are mandatory before opening the business.
  2. Advanced Training Sessions
The franchisor may provide and require attendance at one- or two-day advanced training sessions. These sessions are aimed at enhancing operational knowledge and are scheduled as needed. While the franchisor does not charge for the training itself, the franchisee is responsible for all associated costs such as travel, lodging, and meals.
  3. Ongoing Support and Optional Training
In addition to initial training, the franchisor offers optional advanced training and refresher courses that can be attended upon request or requirement. Franchisees are billed at a rate of $500 per day for any additional training beyond the initial program. The franchisor also provides ongoing telephone and email support to address operational questions.

Territory Protection

Home Clean Heroes grants franchisees an exclusive territory where no other franchises or company-owned outlets will be established. This ensures the franchisee has sole operational rights within their territory for the term of the agreement.

However, the franchisor retains the right to market and sell services outside the territory, including through national campaigns and online platforms. Franchisees may also buy additional territories if eligible, but no automatic rights to future territories are provided.
