Training

The franchisor provides comprehensive training programs for franchisees and their staff, including:

Initial Training Program
Before launching the Shop to the public, the Managing Owner and Operator must successfully complete the Initial Training Program. This training takes place at a designated location and/or through online video sessions. It is mandatory to have at least two fully-trained individuals on staff at all times. The training typically occurs post-signing of the Franchise Agreement and during the Shop’s development phase. The franchisor aims to offer flexible scheduling to suit both their personnel and the franchisee’s team.

Pre-Opening Hands-On Training
A "Pre-Opening Hands-On" training team will visit the Shop to facilitate and oversee the training and certification of the franchisee’s employees, ensuring readiness for operation.

Ongoing and Supplemental Training
The franchisor reserves the right to require the Shop’s Operator and managers to attend various ongoing and supplemental training courses. These sessions are offered periodically, and there may be a fee associated with this continuing education.

Initial Online Franchise Training
The initial training phase is conducted online, beginning within a week of signing the Franchise Agreement.

Corporate Location Training
The subsequent training phase occurs at a corporate location in either New York or Los Angeles, complemented by additional online courses. This phase is usually scheduled before the anticipated opening date of the Shop.

Territory Protection

The franchisor grants franchisees an Area of Protection around their Shop, as specified in the Franchise Agreement. This protected area generally extends to a 10-minute drive from the Shop’s location.

However, Non-Traditional Venues within this area are excluded from the protection, and the franchisor may adjust the protected area if the Shop relocates.

It is important to note that this Area of Protection does not grant franchisees exclusive rights over the shopping center or other structures where the Shop is situated, nor over any existing or future geographic territories.
