Initial Certification Program: This mandatory training includes two main phases: Phase 1 is a six-day classroom-based certification covering business operations, services, products, and systems. Franchisees must cover their own travel, lodging, and meal expenses for the training. It must be completed by the franchisee or the designated manager if the franchise is owned by a business entity.
On-Site Training Option: If Green Home Solutions conducts training at the franchisee’s location, the franchisee must cover the facilitator's travel and accommodation costs, along with additional certification fees.
Ongoing Certification: Franchisees are required to complete at least three days of primary protocol certification every 24 months, as well as any new certification required when the franchisor updates its protocols or introduces new services.
Territory Protection
