Training

FunBox offers a structured training program designed to equip franchisees and their teams with the necessary knowledge and skills to operate their parks effectively.

  1. Initial Mandatory Training: This consists of online and telephone-based training covering topics like marketing, website management, inflatable safety, park opening, and party management. Franchisees and up to four managers/employees must complete the training before the park opens.
  2. Pre-Opening Support: FunBox provides a trainer for one workday at the franchise location to assist with employee training, software use, decor setup, and merchandise display. This support is included without charge, but travel and accommodation costs must be covered by the franchisee.
  3. Supplemental Training: Additional online or in-person training is available upon request with 30 days’ notice, at the franchisee’s expense. This includes site visits and operational shadowing at other franchises.
  4. Annual Seminars: Franchisees and designated managers must attend up to 12 hours of training programs or seminars each year, focusing on updated operational methods and policies. Attendance is mandatory and expenses are borne by the franchisee.

Territory Protection

FunBox grants franchisees a defined "Franchise Territory" within which no other FunBox Outdoor or Indoor Park may operate. This territory is typically determined using zip codes, political boundaries, or mapped areas agreed upon in the Franchise Agreement.

The franchisor commits not to establish or license another FunBox facility within this territory as long as the franchisee is in compliance and the agreement is in effect. However, the protection is not absolute.

FunBox reserves the right to sell services and products through other channels, such as online platforms or alternate brands, which may compete within the same geographic region.
