Initial Management Training Program Franchisees and their general managers must attend and successfully complete the Initial Management Training Program. This course is conducted either at the Franchisor’s headquarters or a designated affiliated location and can include virtual components. It must be completed between four and twelve weeks prior to opening, and while tuition for up to three attendees is covered, the franchisee bears all travel and accommodation costs.
Opening Assistance Just before launch, Escapology provides two days of on-site opening support. A trained representative offers operational guidance and support during this critical phase. The franchisee is responsible for travel and living expenses for the trainer, estimated at around $500.
