Creative Colors International (CCI) provides comprehensive training to its franchisees, designed to equip them with the skills and knowledge necessary for success in the mobile leather and vinyl repair industry. 

The training program is intensive and spans four weeks. During this period, franchisees receive hands-on instruction in both technical repair skills and business operations.

The training begins with an in-depth understanding of the repair and restoration processes for leather, vinyl, fabric, and plastic. 

This includes learning how to use specialized tools and products that are essential for the high-quality repairs CCI is known for. Franchisees are trained on how to operate the mobile units efficiently, which includes equipment usage such as compressors, generators, heat guns, and various dye and graining tools.

In addition to the technical aspects, the training program covers business management, customer service, and marketing strategies. Franchisees learn how to manage their territory, build a client base, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
