    Franchisees and their General Manager must attend approximately eight hours of classroom training over two days and two to five business days of supervised field training, covering daily operations, inventory, scheduling, and equipment use.
  2. Topic-Specific Training Modules
    The program includes focused modules on accounting, advertising methods, estimating, equipment operation, and product application, delivered at the Seal King headquarters or in the field.
  3. Ongoing Training
    The franchisor may require up to 30 hours of additional training during the agreement term, covering topics they choose, to ensure continuous improvement.

Territory Protection

The Seal King franchise grants each franchisee a specific geographic Territory, usually covering one municipality, where they have the right to operate their business. Within this Territory, no other Seal King franchise or company-owned business will be allowed without the franchisee’s consent, ensuring a level of protection.

However, the franchisor retains the right to operate or franchise businesses under other names or trademarks within the same area.
