The company started franchising in 1987 and is now based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Capriotti's is distinguished for its premium ingredients and has earned a reputation for its diverse sandwich offerings, including their renowned slow-roasted turkey subs.
Capriotti's stands out in the crowded sandwich market due to its unwavering commitment to quality and craftsmanship. They use only the freshest ingredients, such as Butterball turkeys that are slow-roasted daily, and feature American Wagyu beef in many of their sandwiches. This dedication to providing "the real deal" has fostered a loyal customer following and has earned the franchise numerous awards and recognition as a leading franchise opportunity.
