Additional and Refresher Training Programs Franchisees may be required to attend additional training sessions if they are not adhering to System Standards. The Franchisor also holds annual conferences to introduce new products, marketing strategies, and operational improvements. Attendance at these programs is mandatory and held at various U.S. locations.
Territory Protection
Built Custom Burgers does not offer territory protection to its franchisees. The franchise is granted only for the specific location approved in the Franchise Agreement, and the franchisee does not receive an exclusive territory.
This means that the franchisee may face competition from other Built Custom Burgers franchises, company-owned restaurants, or even other brands controlled by the same parent company.
