BOMBSHELLS is a sports bar and restaurant offering a variety of American dishes and drinks, providing a lively atmosphere and entertainment.

Bombshells Restaurant & Bar is a vibrant, military-themed sports bar and casual dining franchise. It was founded in 2013 in Houston, Texas, and operates under the umbrella of RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc.

The company is headquartered at 10737 Cutten Road in Houston. Bombshells began franchising in 2015, giving entrepreneurs an opportunity to join a fast-growing brand with a unique concept.

The franchise offers a made-from-scratch American menu, including burgers, wings, salads, and specialty drinks. Guests enjoy a high-energy environment complete with live entertainment, large flat-screen TVs, and World War II-inspired décor.

Signature to the brand is the presence of "Bombshells Girls," servers dressed in military-style uniforms that enhance the themed experience.

Training

Bombshells provides franchisees with a structured and multi-level training program to ensure proper operation and brand consistency across locations.

  1. Initial Management Training: Before opening, the Operating Principal, District Manager, and at least seven managers (including front-of-house, kitchen, and business managers) must complete an initial management training program. This must be done at least 60 days before the restaurant opens, and any owner with a 20% or greater stake must also attend.
  2. Opening Training Team: For the first three restaurant openings, Bombshells provides an Opening Training Team to offer on-site support and instruction for 10 to 14 days. Franchisees are responsible for paying the team's hourly wages and related travel and lodging costs.
  3. Additional and Successor Training: Any new or replacement personnel must complete training within six weeks of their hiring. Additional training programs and seminars may be required or requested, with associated fees and expenses borne by the franchisee.
  4. Ongoing and Remedial Training: Bombshells may provide or require remedial training on-site if deemed necessary. These sessions are subject to availability and come with per diem fees and reimbursement for trainer expenses.

Territory Protection

Bombshells offers a defined "Protected Area" to each franchisee as specified in the Franchise Agreement. This means that neither the franchisor nor its affiliates will establish or authorize others to open another Bombshells Restaurant within the geographic area outlined in Exhibit C of the agreement.

This protection lasts for the term of the Franchise Agreement and is not dependent on meeting sales quotas or market penetration benchmarks.

Despite this territorial protection, franchisees do not receive blanket exclusivity. Bombshells retains the right to operate or license operations in certain venues known as “Reserved Areas,” such as airports, stadiums, hospitals, or amusement parks, even if they fall within a franchisee’s protected territory.
