1. Initial Training Program
   This two to three-week course is held at the franchisor’s headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. It covers essential topics such as cosmetic and structural wheel repair, safety procedures, business management, and customer service practices.
2. Onsite Launch Training
   Conducted at the franchisee’s location, this program provides hands-on assistance during the opening phase. It focuses on real-time application of learned skills, including equipment usage, workflow setup, and customer engagement strategies.
3. Ongoing Training and Support
   This program involves periodic refresher training, system updates, and continuous coaching. It ensures that franchisees remain current with operational standards, new services, and any advancements in repair technologies.

Territory Protection

Alloy Wheel Franchise, LLC grants franchisees a protected territory defined within 90 days of signing the agreement. This territory ensures no other franchisee can operate the same business within the designated area, providing exclusive local market access.

However, the franchisor retains rights to advertise nationally and secure regional accounts, which franchisees can service but must share the broader market. Fixed-location sites must be approved and located within the territory, while mobile operations can be based from home or office, offering flexibility within the protected area.
