A-1 Concrete Leveling provides a structured and comprehensive training program to prepare franchisees for operating their business effectively. The training programs are organized as follows:
Pre-Opening Training Program Before launching operations, the franchisee and at least one full-time manager must complete a mandatory two-week training program conducted in Louisville, Kentucky. The curriculum includes classroom and on-the-job training on personnel management, business systems, customer service, job estimating, marketing, and equipment operation. While instructors and training materials are provided free of charge, franchisees are responsible for travel, lodging, meals, and employee wages.
Ongoing and Supplemental Training A-1 Concrete Leveling may require franchisees and their employees to attend periodic training sessions, conferences, or seminars throughout the franchise term. These are designed to keep franchisees updated on system standards, advertising techniques, and operational improvements. While there is no fee for the conference itself, franchisees must cover all related travel and accommodation expenses.

Territory Protection
