Established in 1982 in Tamarac, Florida, Tint World® has grown into a premier automotive styling and window tinting franchise. The company began franchising in 2007 and has expanded to over 130 locations across the United States, Canada, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
Tint World® offers a comprehensive range of services, including window tinting, paint protection film, vehicle wraps, audio and electronics, security systems, detailing, and ceramic coatings.
What sets Tint World® apart is its commitment to providing a one-stop-shop experience for automotive styling needs. The franchise emphasizes high-quality products and professional installation, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Here's what you would need to invest if you were to start this franchise. These costs are provided by the franchisor in the Franchise Disclosure Document.
Tint World provides a comprehensive training program for franchisees to ensure they understand and can effectively operate their centers. The training includes an Introductory Training Program consisting of 18 days of instruction at a designated location, typically beginning 30 days or more before the opening of the center.
This program covers various operational aspects such as business systems, brand image compliance, shop safety, customer service, sales procedures, and technical service operations.
Franchisees and their management personnel are required to attend this training. The franchisor also offers Continuing Education programs, which may include specialty training, advanced sales and technical training, refresher courses, and setup assistance. These programs are designed to keep franchisees updated on best practices and operational standards.
Tint World provides territory protection to its franchisees under specific conditions. Franchisees are granted a designated territory, typically defined by a two-mile radius around their approved location. In densely populated or urban areas, this radius may be smaller, at the franchisor's discretion.
Within this territory, the franchisor agrees not to establish or license another Tint World Center, provided the franchisee remains compliant with the terms of their agreement. Despite this protection, certain exceptions apply.
Tint World reserves the right to offer services or products within the designated territory through alternative channels, such as online platforms or mobile services.
