Territory Protection

Novus Glass offers territory protection to its franchisees, ensuring they have a defined area in which to operate.

Franchisees are granted the right to use the Novus Glass Marks and Business System within a designated territory. Operating the business or soliciting and selling products and services under the Marks outside of this territory requires written permission from the franchisor.

The designated territory is determined using mapping software and vehicle data from a third-party source. It typically consists of one or more zip codes or partial zip codes.
