Training 

Initial Training: Novus Glass provides a comprehensive initial training program essential for new franchisees. This training covers all aspects of the business, from product knowledge to operational best practices, ensuring franchisees are well-prepared to offer exceptional services to customers.

Location and Duration: The initial training is typically held at a designated Novus Glass facility. The duration and schedule are customized based on the franchisee's needs and the availability of training sessions.

Onsite Training: For franchisees opening their first stand-alone retail location, Novus Glass offers an additional benefit. Within two months of opening, a member of the training team will visit the franchisee's territory to provide approximately one week of hands-on, in-the-field training. This ensures franchisees receive practical experience and personalized guidance.

Annual Training: To keep franchisees updated with the latest industry standards and techniques, they are required to attend at least one additional training program each year.

Territory Protection

Novus Glass offers territory protection to its franchisees, ensuring they have a defined area in which to operate.

Franchisees are granted the right to use the Novus Glass Marks and Business System within a designated territory. Operating the business or soliciting and selling products and services under the Marks outside of this territory requires written permission from the franchisor.

The designated territory is determined using mapping software and vehicle data from a third-party source. It typically consists of one or more zip codes or partial zip codes. The exact size of the territory may vary based on factors such as demographics, geographic area, and the presence of competing businesses.
