FlyMyRide delivers a thorough, multi-stage training system to prepare franchisees and their staff for successful business operations. The training programs are outlined as follows:
Initial Training Program: This is mandatory for the franchisee or Operating Principal and includes two phases: Pre-Opening Training (via phone, virtual meetings, and intranet) and five days of In-House Corporate Training at FlyMyRide headquarters in Burlington, MA or another designated location. Subjects covered include operations, managerial and financial systems, marketing, advertising, product handling, technology, and software.
Training Duration and Structure: The program totals approximately 150 hours, with both classroom and on-the-job components. For example, the FlyMyRide Model & Operations covers 12 classroom hours and 14 hands-on hours, while Marketing & Advertising involves 3 classroom hours and 2 on-the-job hours.

Additional designees can attend subsequent training sessions on a space-available basis, with fees applicable.
Super Support Program: FlyMyRide offers this optional, hands-on support program where a trainer works directly in the franchisee's office for two business days. The cost is $500 plus travel expenses (if the location is more than 60 miles from headquarters).
Territory Protection
FlyMyRide provides each franchisee with a defined geographic territory, which is delineated using zip codes, hard boundaries, or Census Tracts. The franchisee must operate from a location approved by the franchisor within this territory.
While FlyMyRide agrees not to open or license other franchises within that assigned territory during the agreement term, this exclusivity is conditional on the franchisee remaining in good standing and complying with the agreement.
Despite this protection, FlyMyRide reserves several rights that can affect the franchisee’s territory. The franchisor may establish or authorize similar businesses under different trademarks both inside and outside the territory.
