  1. Initial Training Program: The franchisor provides an initial training program that must be completed by the franchisee and their General Manager (or an alternate designated individual). This training must be completed before the business begins operations. The training is held at a location designated by the company, and while there is no fee for the first two attendees, additional training may incur fees.
  2. Opening Assistance: The franchisor sends an operations specialist for three to five days to assist with both pre-opening and post-opening tasks. This support includes supervision and hands-on guidance to ensure the store launches smoothly and operates according to company standards.
  3. Employee Training by Franchisee: The franchisee is responsible for training their staff on customer service, the use and display of company trademarks, and the handling of confidential materials. Territory Protection

Sweet & Sassy grants franchisees a Designated Area in which they are authorized to operate, but this does not constitute an exclusive territory. Furthermore, Sweet & Sassy specifically excludes “Captive Markets” from the Designated Area, such as airports, malls, or entertainment venues.
