Restore Hyper Wellness provides an array of wellness treatments, including cryotherapy, IV drip therapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy, compression, and biomarker assessments. Training

The franchisor offers an essential initial training program for key personnel, including the operator, general manager, lead nurse, and lead esthetician. This training must be completed to the franchisor's satisfaction prior to the studio's opening and before initiating any membership presale activities or marketing efforts.

The program may encompass initial presale training and can be delivered at the studio, via teleconference, livestream, or at another location specified by the franchisor.

On-site Training While not mandatory, the franchisor may deploy an opening team to provide on-site training during the studio's launch phase. This team will assist based on the existing staff's experience and training.

Additional Training From time to time, the franchisor may require certain personnel, such as the operator, general manager, lead nurse, lead esthetician, and other management staff, to attend additional training programs and seminars. Franchisees are responsible for covering all associated expenses, including travel, lodging, and meals.

Territory Protection

According to the "Restore-Hype" document, the franchisor provides territory protection. The Franchise Agreement entitles franchisees to operate a Restore Studio at a designated location.

Provided they remain in full compliance with the agreement, the franchisor agrees not to open or allow a third party to open another Restore Studio within the franchisee's specified territory. This exclusive territory ensures that franchisees can build their business without the concern of direct competition from another Restore Studio nearby.
