1. Initial Training Program: Superior Walls offers an initial training program that lasts approximately 30 days. This comprehensive training is provided at no charge and is designed to prepare the licensee in areas such as sales, manufacturing, transportation, and installation of Superior Walls Products.
2. Operating Manuals: As part of the training and support, Superior Walls loans one set of confidential operating manuals to each licensee. These manuals contain detailed procedures and standards for operating the business effectively and maintaining quality.
3. Ongoing Assistance and Consultation: After the initial training, Superior Walls continues to provide support. At the licensee’s reasonable request, the franchisor offers telephone or mail consultation during regular business hours. Additionally, in-person assistance at the business location is available upon request and subject to personnel availability, although this is at the licensee's expense.

Territory Protection

Superior Walls of America, Ltd. offers territory protection to its franchisees under specific conditions, primarily for those operating under the Regular License Model. Franchisees in this model receive an “Area of Primary Responsibility,” which grants them certain exclusive rights within a defined geographic area.

This area is designated in the License Agreement, and Superior Walls commits to taking reasonable steps to prevent other licensees from making sales or soliciting business there without the franchisee's express written approval.

However, this territorial protection does not apply to licensees operating under the Manufacturing License Model. These licensees do not receive an Area of Primary Responsibility, meaning other licensees or even the franchisor could potentially operate in the same region.
