Stiltz Homelifts offers a comprehensive training program designed to prepare franchisees and their teams for successful business operations. The program is structured into several components, as detailed below:
Initial Training Program Franchisees and any designated managers must complete the initial training before the franchise opens. The training is provided at no cost for simultaneous attendees but includes a fee of $250 per day per person for extra or late attendees. The franchisor reserves the right to adjust the length and content of the training based on participants’ experience.
Manager and Successor Training If a new Franchise Manager or Responsible Owner is appointed, they must complete the initial training program before assuming duties. This includes paying applicable training fees, and failure to comply may delay business operations.
Remedial Training Should the franchisor determine non-compliance with operational standards, it may require the franchisee or staff to undergo remedial training. This also incurs a fee of $250 per day per attendee.

Territory Protection
