stayfull Franchise FDD, Costs & Fees (2025)

stayfull offers personalized meal planning and delivery services, helping clients maintain a balanced and nutritious diet.

Stayfull is a pioneering mobile fuel and diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) delivery franchise that is transforming the traditional fueling industry through cutting-edge technology and streamlined operations.

Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Woodridge, Illinois, Stayfull began franchising the same year, offering entrepreneurs an opportunity to enter a modernized sector of the automotive services industry.

The franchise specializes in direct-to-equipment fueling solutions for fleets, heavy machinery, and construction equipment. By eliminating the need for CDL-licensed drivers and utilizing proprietary delivery systems, Stayfull reduces operating costs by up to 56% and minimizes environmental impact by up to 97%.

This innovative approach addresses the inefficiencies of a century-old fueling model, providing a cost-effective and environmentally friendly alternative.

Training

Stayfull provides a structured training program to ensure its franchisees are equipped to operate in line with the brand’s standards. The training components include:

  1. Initial Training Program: The Operating Principal and general manager must complete a comprehensive initial training program before the business opens. This training, conducted over up to two weeks, includes online tutorials, classroom instruction, and on-site sessions covering operations, customer service, marketing, equipment use, and cost control.
  2. Pre-Opening On-Site Assistance: Stayfull may provide up to three days of on-site support to assist in opening and early operations of the business. This guidance includes help with equipment, layout, and system implementation.
  3. Supplemental and Refresher Training: Franchisees may be required to attend additional training annually, up to three days per year. This training, which may incur a fee, covers updates on services, operational changes, and management practices.

Territory Protection

Stayfull grants its franchisees a “Protected Territory” as outlined in the Franchise Agreement. This territory typically includes a population base of around 100,000 people, and during the franchise term, the company agrees not to establish any other franchised or company-owned Stayfull businesses within it.

However, this protection is contingent on the franchisee’s compliance with the agreement, and the franchisor retains rights to sell and market products and services under different trademarks or distribution methods.

Despite the designated territory, the franchisee does not have complete exclusivity. Stayfull can operate or allow others to operate outside the Protected Territory, and reserves rights to conduct national promotions and sell through various channels, including the Internet and strategic partners.
