  3. Director Involvement and Gender Requirement: The franchise requires on-premises supervision by a female Operating Principal or Director, who must be directly involved in instruction, performances, and other operational areas.
  4. Refresher and Additional Training: Refresher training may be mandated if performance issues are noted. Optional in-person training is available for a fee and must be arranged in advance, with costs including travel, lodging, and meals borne by the franchisee.

Territory Protection
