Training

Rockstars of Tomorrow provides an extensive and structured training program designed to prepare franchisees and their key personnel for successful operation:

  1. Initial Training Program: The franchisor offers initial training to up to five individuals—typically the General Manager, Music Director, Senior Faculty, and at least one Principal Equity Owner—without charge. This training includes both classroom instruction and on-the-job training, covering operational and instructional aspects of the franchise. Attendance and satisfactory completion of this training within 180 days of signing the agreement are mandatory before opening.
  2. Certification and Evaluation: The training program includes oral and practical evaluations, and participants receive a Certificate of Completion upon successful completion. The franchisor has sole discretion in determining whether a trainee has satisfactorily completed the training.
  3. Additional and Optional Training: Additional attendees may join the initial training for a fee, and optional seminars or conferences may be provided at a rate of up to $750 per day. Franchisees may also request on-site support or training at their location, subject to additional charges.
  4. Ongoing Training and Support: After opening, the franchisor continues to provide consultation, online resources, and access to updates. Franchisees may be required to participate in further training events or annual conferences at the franchisor’s discretion, especially in cases of ownership transfer or underperformance.

Territory Protection

Rockstars of Tomorrow grants franchisees a protected territory, which is typically defined based on local population density. This territory can vary from a quarter-mile radius in urban areas to up to ten miles in rural settings.

While the franchisor will not open or authorize another outlet within the designated area as long as the franchisee fulfills their obligations, the protection does not extend to exclusivity, and competition from other channels or brands controlled by the franchisor is still possible.

The franchisee is licensed to operate only within this specified territory and must focus their efforts exclusively in that area unless otherwise agreed in writing.
