Initial Training Program This program consists of online training through a third-party platform and in-person training at Painter Bros headquarters. Attendees must demonstrate competence and pass assessments.
Opening Assistance Franchisees receive 50 to 60 hours of virtual opening assistance, provided through weekly phone or video calls. This training focuses on reinforcing the topics covered in the initial training program.
