Training
Groovy Hues provides its franchisees with the following training programs:
- Initial Training Program
Franchisees and up to two additional approved attendees must participate in the Initial Training Program before starting operations. This program includes essential instruction on managing the business and covers expenses for training, lodging, and certain meals but excludes travel and miscellaneous costs. The training must be completed within 180 days of signing the agreement. - Employee Training
Franchisees must ensure all employees are adequately trained using the materials provided by the franchisor. This training must be completed before employees undertake their roles. - Refresher and Additional Training
The franchisor may require franchisees and their teams to attend periodic refresher or advanced training sessions to stay updated with system changes. These sessions are offered at the franchisor’s discretion and may occur at their facility or other designated locations. Franchisees are responsible for related costs. - Remedial Training
If a franchisee fails to meet operational standards, the franchisor may mandate remedial training to address deficiencies. This training can occur on-site or at designated facilities, with associated costs borne by the franchisee.
Territory Protection
Groovy Hues offers its franchisees a designated Protected Territory to operate their businesses. This protection ensures that the franchisor will not establish or license another franchise within the same Protected Territory, provided the franchisee complies with the terms of the agreement.
Franchisees are allowed to market and sell services exclusively in their territory while adhering to operational standards set by Groovy Hues.
However, the protection is not absolute. Groovy Hues and its affiliates reserve the right to operate outside the Protected Territory or even within it under specific conditions, such as through alternate distribution channels or partnerships.
