Mulberrys Garment Care Franchise FDD, Costs & Fees (2025)

Mulberrys Garment Care provides eco-friendly dry cleaning and laundry services, helping customers maintain clean and fresh clothing.

Mulberrys Garment Care is a premium dry cleaning and laundry franchise founded in 2023 by Dan Miller. The brand originated in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and today its corporate headquarters remains in the Twin Cities. It has flagship locations in the San Francisco Bay Area and Washington, D.C.

The company began national franchising around 2023 under Gemini Cleaners LLC, supported by Value Drycleaners of America.

Mulberrys offers high-end garment care services including toxin-free dry cleaning, wash and fold laundry, wedding gown preservation, leather and fur cleaning, tailoring, shoe repair, and rug cleaning. The brand emphasizes eco-friendly methods, recyclable packaging, and wooden hangers, with complimentary pickup and delivery through a proprietary mobile app.

Mulberrys stands out with its luxury boutique experience, wood-hanger presentation, and 10-step garment inspection process. It integrates barcode tracking, modern scheduling technology, and non-toxic cleaning to differentiate from traditional cleaners.

Within this Protected Area, the Franchisor agrees not to operate or license others to operate competing Franchised Businesses, assuming the franchisee is in full compliance with all agreements.

However, the exclusivity is limited and does not apply to all scenarios. The Franchisor and its affiliates reserve the right to conduct certain business activities in the Protected Area, such as operating in hotels or captive market locations and distributing products through other channels.
