   Franchisees and up to two representatives must complete a 5-day Initial Training Program at the franchisor’s headquarters in Huntersville, North Carolina, or another designated location. This training must be completed within 90 days of signing the agreement and before the business begins operations. It covers brand standards, operations, and use of proprietary systems.
2. Remedial Training
   If a franchisee is found non-compliant with operational standards, they may be required to attend up to 5 additional days of remedial training annually. This can be held on-site or at the corporate office, with all associated costs—including tuition, travel, and lodging—borne by the franchisee.
3. Additional and Refresher Training
   The franchisor may require up to 10 days of additional or refresher training each year, or up to 20 days in cases of non-compliance. These sessions are designed to update franchisees on system improvements or correct performance issues and may occur in-person or through virtual formats.
