Mobius Franchise FDD, Costs & Fees (2025)

Mobius offers software solutions for businesses, providing tools and support to improve efficiency and productivity.

Mobius Programs is a STEAM-based after-school and summer learning franchise for school-age children. It offers hands-on, experiential educational programs designed to foster curiosity, critical thinking, creativity, and teamwork. The programs are structured to engage children through interactive projects that build both academic and life skills.

Mobius was founded in the United States, with its first learning center launched in 2023. The company is headquartered in the U.S. and operates both corporate-owned and franchised locations. It began franchising in 2023, offering opportunities to educators and entrepreneurs looking to bring quality enrichment programs to their communities.

The franchise provides structured programs focused on Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math. These include after-school classes, seasonal camps, and themed workshops tailored to different age groups and learning styles.

The curriculum emphasizes learning by doing, helping children retain knowledge through real-world application. Mobius sets itself apart by offering an inquiry-based approach, rather than traditional tutoring.

Training

Mobius Franchising, LLC offers a comprehensive training program for franchisees to ensure the successful operation of their Mobius Centers. The training provided by the franchisor includes the following components:

  1. Initial Training Program
The franchisee (or the Managing Owner if the franchise is owned by a corporate entity) and one management-level employee are required to attend and complete Mobius’ initial training program. This training must be completed not less than 45 days prior to the opening of the Center. It is conducted over approximately two weeks and takes place at the franchisor’s designated training facility in Bentonville, Arkansas.
  2. Manuals Access and Compliance
Franchisees are provided with access to Mobius’ confidential and proprietary Manuals. These manuals cover critical aspects such as establishing, developing, marketing, and operating the Center. Franchisees are expected to operate their Centers strictly in accordance with the guidance in these manuals, which the franchisor may update periodically.
  3. Digital Media and Website Orientation
Mobius identifies the franchisee's Center on its main website. Franchisees must comply with strict policies regarding digital media use and are required to assign all web and social media accounts to the franchisor.

Territory Protection

Mobius Franchising, LLC provides franchisees with a designated territory in which they may operate their Center. Once a Center location is approved, the franchisor defines a specific geographic area—referred to as the “Designated Territory”—which is outlined in Schedule 1 of the Franchise Agreement.

This territory is exclusive in the sense that the franchisee is granted the right to operate only within that defined area and must obtain written approval from the franchisor for the location. However, the Franchise Disclosure Document does not guarantee absolute territorial protection from other Mobius Centers or company-owned outlets.

While a defined Designated Territory is established, Mobius retains the discretion to determine site suitability, proximity to other Centers, and other market factors. This means that while franchisees operate in an approved area, they may not have complete exclusivity or protection from franchisor competition in nearby zones.
