Lifetime Green Coatings Franchise FDD, Costs & Fees (2025)

Lifetime Green Coatings offers eco-friendly and durable coating solutions for various surfaces, providing customers with long-lasting protection and sustainability for their properties.

Lifetime Green Coatings is a floor-coating franchise offering an eco-friendly alternative to traditional epoxy. The business was founded in 2019 and is currently headquartered in Dallas, Texas. It began franchising in 2021 and has rapidly grown across the United States.

The franchise specializes in a patented, plant-based floor coating made from natural gypsum and castor oil. This unique formula provides a durable, flexible, and odor-free finish that is safe for both people and pets. It is designed to cure quickly and resist cracking, peeling, or yellowing over time.

Lifetime Green Coatings stands out by eliminating the harsh chemicals and strong fumes associated with epoxy. Its coatings are VOC-free, environmentally responsible, and backed by a lifetime limited warranty.

Training

Lifetime Green Coatings provides a multi-tiered training structure to equip franchisees with the necessary skills and knowledge. The following training programs are detailed:

  1. Initial Training Program: The Managing Owner and one designated manager must complete the franchisor’s Training Program within 45 days of opening. This program may be delivered in-person or remotely and covers both classroom and on-the-job instruction. Additional attendees can participate for a fee of $400 each.
  2. Supplemental Training: Offered upon request or required by the franchisor if operational standards are not met or if a new Operating Manager is hired. This training is charged at $400 per trainer per day, plus any associated travel and accommodation expenses.
  3. System-Wide and Refresher Training: Franchisees and designated personnel must attend refresher courses and seminars as scheduled by the franchisor. These are aimed at maintaining consistency and updating knowledge across the franchise system.

Territory Protection

Lifetime Green Coatings provides its franchisees with a defined “Operating Territory,” which typically includes around 100,000 single-family dwellings. Franchisees are granted exclusive rights to offer and provide the approved services and products within this designated area, subject to conditions set out in the Franchise Agreement.

The territory can be expanded by purchasing additional areas, and each added region also generally encompasses a similar number of single-family homes.

While Lifetime Green Coatings grants rights within an Operating Territory, it also reserves certain rights and may allow service in open areas adjacent to a franchisee’s territory, provided strict conditions are met.
