1. On-the-Job Training: JEI Learning Center provides 27 hours of on-the-job training. This practical experience is designed to help new franchisees understand the day-to-day operations of running a learning center, ensuring they are well-prepared to manage their location effectively.
2. Classroom Training: Franchisees also undergo 25.5 hours of classroom training. This training covers essential topics such as the JEI Self-Learning Method®, customer service techniques, marketing strategies, and the use of proprietary diagnostic tools and student management software.
3. Ongoing Support: Beyond initial training, JEI Learning Center offers continuous professional development opportunities and administrative support. This ongoing support helps franchisees maintain high educational standards and improve the quality of service provided to students.
