Jabz Boxing Franchise FDD, Costs & Fees (2025)

Jabz Boxing offers high-energy boxing-based fitness classes designed specifically for women, promoting strength and empowerment.

Jabz Boxing is a boutique fitness franchise that blends boxing-inspired workouts with a supportive, community-driven environment tailored for women. Founded in 2012 by Kimberlee White and Len Hayko in Scottsdale, Arizona, Jabz introduced its first franchise in 2013.

The company is headquartered at 15020 N. Hayden Rd., Suite 201, Scottsdale, AZ 85260. Since its inception, Jabz has expanded across the U.S., offering a unique approach to fitness that emphasizes empowerment and results.

The franchise offers 45-minute circuit-style workouts combining boxing techniques, strength training, cardio, and functional movements. Designed for all fitness levels, these sessions are led by nationally certified coaches in a high-energy, small-group setting.

Unlike traditional boxing gyms, Jabz focuses on fitness without sparring, ensuring a safe and inclusive atmosphere. The brand's “gritty-meets-pretty” studio design and evolving workout routines keep members engaged and motivated.

Training

Jabz Boxing provides a structured and mandatory training program to prepare franchisees and their staff for the successful operation of a Jabz Boxing Studio. The training includes both virtual and on-site components and must be completed prior to opening.

  1. Initial Training Program: This is required for the Owner/Operator, General Manager, one Lead Coach, four part-time Coaches, and at least one Class Host. The training typically includes five days of virtual instruction followed by approximately two weeks of on-site training, although the entire program may be conducted virtually at the franchisor’s discretion.
  2. Coach Training at Jabz Training Camp: All Coaches must complete a three-day training at a Jabz Training Camp before starting their role. If a qualified Lead Coach is not available to train new hires, new Coaches must attend this camp directly.
  3. Training for New Hires: Any newly hired Owner/Operator, General Manager, or Lead Coach must attend and successfully complete the current initial training program before taking on management or instructional responsibilities.

Territory Protection

Jabz Boxing offers its franchisees exclusive territory rights, ensuring that no other Jabz Boxing Studio using the brand’s trademarks will be allowed to operate within the defined territory during the term of the Franchise Agreement.

The territory is usually established as a geographic area with a minimum population of 30,000, and once defined, it will not be changed due to shifts in population or other factors. This designated area provides a level of local protection against direct franchise competition.

However, Jabz Boxing retains the right to sell identical or competitive goods and services within the territory through alternative distribution channels. These channels may include internet sales, telemarketing, catalogs, or sales through unaffiliated retail outlets.
