The Initial Training Program is mandatory for all franchisees and their Designated Manager/Head Trainer. It must be successfully completed at least 45 days prior to the franchise's soft opening.
This comprehensive training includes both online and in-person sessions covering various aspects of business operations, sales, marketing, and more. The program is organized as follows:
Business Owner Training: 2 hours of classroom training.
Business Operations: 3 hours of online training, 4 hours of classroom training, and 1 hour of on-the-job training.
Sales: 15 hours of online training, 21 hours of classroom training, and 2 hours of on-the-job training.
Marketing: 1 hour of online training and 5 hours of classroom training.
Train the Trainer: 3 hours of online training, 5 hours of classroom training, and 2 hours of on-the-job training.
CRM (Customer Relationship Management): 4 hours of online training, 2 hours of classroom training, and 1 hour of on-the-job training.
Leverage Nutrition: 2 hours of online training and 1 hour of classroom training.
In total, the training program comprises 28 hours of online training, 40 hours of classroom training, and 6 hours of on-the-job training. This training is provided at no cost for up to four participants, provided they attend together. If additional personnel need training or if individuals attend separately, the franchisor may charge a fee, currently up to $350 per day.
