Training

The Initial Training Program is mandatory for all franchisees and their Designated Manager/Head Trainer. It must be successfully completed at least 45 days prior to the franchise's soft opening.

This comprehensive training includes both online and in-person sessions covering various aspects of business operations, sales, marketing, and more. The program is organized as follows:

  • Business Owner Training: 2 hours of classroom training.
  • Business Operations: 3 hours of online training, 4 hours of classroom training, and 1 hour of on-the-job training.
  • Sales: 15 hours of online training, 21 hours of classroom training, and 2 hours of on-the-job training.
  • Marketing: 1 hour of online training and 5 hours of classroom training.
  • Train the Trainer: 3 hours of online training, 5 hours of classroom training, and 2 hours of on-the-job training.
  • CRM (Customer Relationship Management): 4 hours of online training, 2 hours of classroom training, and 1 hour of on-the-job training.
  • Leverage Nutrition: 2 hours of online training and 1 hour of classroom training.

In total, the training program comprises 28 hours of online training, 40 hours of classroom training, and 6 hours of on-the-job training. This training is provided at no cost for up to four participants, provided they attend together. If additional personnel need training or if individuals attend separately, the franchisor may charge a fee, currently up to $350 per day.

Territory Protection

RockBox Fitness provides territory protection to its franchisees by ensuring that no additional brick-and-mortar locations will be established within the Designated Territory under the same brand marks and system.

This exclusivity allows franchisees to build their business with confidence, knowing that their market area is protected from internal competition. The designated territory is defined based on several factors, including population density, geographic boundaries, and market potential.

This strategic approach helps franchisees maximize their business opportunities while maintaining a balanced and fair distribution of locations. Franchisees are encouraged to actively engage with their community and leverage the brand’s reputation to attract and retain members.
