Farrell’s Extreme Bodyshaping provides a comprehensive and tiered training program to ensure franchisees and their teams are well-prepared to operate under the System. The training includes the following key components:
Initial Training Fit Franchise Brands conducts an initial training program for up to two staff members at no extra cost. This training must be completed before opening and includes both general business and brand-specific instruction. Additional participants may attend for a fee, and trainees are responsible for their travel and lodging expenses.
Challenge Program & Certification The Designated Manager must complete a "Challenge Program", obtain FXB Certification, and successfully finish the initial training to manage the Studio.
Continuing Education Ongoing training may be offered or required at Fit Franchise Brands' discretion. Franchisees must attend and bear all costs, including any training fees and related expenses.

Territory Protection
Farrell’s Extreme Bodyshaping provides franchisees with an Approved Territory once a location is secured. Within this territory, the franchisor agrees not to open or license another studio under the Farrell’s brand during the term of the agreement, provided the franchisee remains in good standing.
The typical territory covers about a two-mile drivable distance from the franchisee’s site, though this may vary based on demographics and local market factors. However, the territory protection is limited. The franchise is non-exclusive, and Fit Franchise Brands retains the right to operate or license businesses using different trademarks or systems, even within a franchisee’s Approved Territory.
Additionally, special venues such as schools, military bases, and government facilities are exempt from this protection, allowing the franchisor to open studios in such locations without infringing on the franchisee’s rights.
