Training

Initial Training This program aims to introduce franchisees to the Premier Martial Arts system, encompassing its operational and sales culture.

The training includes martial arts instruction, sales techniques, and overall studio management. Should additional training, whether on-site or off-site, be necessary or requested, franchisees are responsible for covering the franchisor's fees and expenses, which are capped at $500 per person per day, plus associated costs (such as travel, lodging, and meals).

PMA Studio Staff Training Premier Martial Arts offers general sales training for up to three sales employees. This PMA Studio Staff Training typically occurs one to two months prior to the studio's scheduled opening.

The training, which may be conducted by the Opening Team, is designed to acquaint PMA Studio employees with the franchisor's operational and sales culture and the studio’s business practices.

Martial Arts Training Franchisees are responsible for covering all expenses related to their Martial Arts staff attending this training program, including the staff’s wages during the training period.

Territory Protection

Premier Martial Arts offers territory protection to its franchisees, ensuring exclusive rights within their designated Protected Market Area. This protection is subject to specific conditions and restrictions as detailed in the franchise agreement.

The protected territory aims to safeguard franchisees from internal competition, allowing them to focus on growing their business without concerns of another Premier Martial Arts studio opening nearby. This strategic advantage helps franchisees maximize their market potential and build a loyal customer base within their exclusive area.
