Training

iCRYO provides a comprehensive training program designed to ensure franchisees and their staff are fully prepared to operate the business in compliance with brand standards. The training is mandatory and includes classroom, operational, and ongoing components.

  1. Initial Training Program: iCRYO offers tuition-free initial training for up to two individuals, including the franchisee (or Operating Principal) and the Center Manager. This training takes place in the Houston, Texas area and must be completed at least 30 days before the business opens. Any additional participants are subject to a training fee, and the franchisee must cover all travel and lodging expenses.
  2. On-Site Opening Assistance: Franchisees receive up to seven days of on-site assistance during the opening of their first center, with optional additional assistance for subsequent locations available at the franchisor’s discretion and cost.
  3. Employee and Manager Training: All employees must complete and pass iCRYO's internal training before beginning work. Any new or replacement Center Managers are required to complete the initial training before taking on managerial duties.

Territory Protection

iCRYO grants its franchisees a defined "Territory" around their approved business location, typically described by a three-mile radius or geographic boundaries such as ZIP codes or city lines.

As long as the franchisee remains in compliance with the Franchise Agreement, iCRYO agrees not to open or license another iCRYO Center within this Territory during the agreement term. However, the Territory is not considered exclusive.

Although no other iCRYO Centers will be physically located in the Territory, the franchisee may face competition from other franchisees soliciting clients from within the same area.
