Training 

GYMGUYZ offers a comprehensive training program known as the GYMGUYZ University Training Program. This hybrid model spans approximately four weeks and includes live virtual training, online modules, and four days of in-person training at GYMGUYZ headquarters in Melville, New York. This mandatory training is provided at no extra cost for up to two participants (the franchisee and one team member).

Initial Training Program Breakdown

Welcome - The Brand, Customer Service, and Life of an Owner:

• Duration: 2 hours of classroom training and 1 hour of on-the-job training.
• Location: Melville, New York, or via virtual training.

Marketing, Advertising, and Services Offered:

• Duration: 3 hours of classroom training and 8 hours of on-the-job training.
• Location: Melville, New York, or virtual training.

Lead and Client Management:

• Duration: 1 hour of classroom training and 2 hours of on-the-job training.
• Location: Melville, New York, or via virtual training.

Human Resources and Managing Employees:

• Duration: 4 hours of classroom training and 2 hours of on-the-job training.
• Location: Melville, New York.

Territory Protection

GYMGUYZ provides territory protection for its franchisees, offering them exclusive rights to operate within a defined geographic area. This ensures that franchisees can build and expand their business without the worry of another GYMGUYZ franchise encroaching on their territory, fostering a secure and competitive business environment.

However, this territory protection comes with certain limitations and conditions. Franchisees must adhere to specific performance standards and comply with company guidelines to maintain their exclusive rights.

Additionally, the size and boundaries of the protected territory are determined based on factors like population density and market potential, ensuring equitable opportunities for all franchisees.
