Training

Aira Fitness provides several training programs to support franchisees in establishing and operating their fitness business. These training efforts are structured to ensure operational consistency and readiness across all locations. Here is a breakdown of the training programs:

  1. Initial Training Program: Aira Fitness offers an initial training program before the opening of the franchise. This program is mandatory and covers operational procedures, business management, and use of proprietary systems and equipment. It is detailed in the Franchise Agreement under Section 7B.
  2. Manual-Based Training: Franchisees receive a comprehensive Manual detailing the specifications and procedures for operating the Aira Fitness Business. This Manual serves as an ongoing training reference and is updated as needed to reflect changes in business practices and system standards.
  3. Refresher Training Courses: Aira Fitness provides periodic refresher training courses to ensure franchisees stay current with operational practices and any updates in the franchise system. The necessity and frequency of these courses are determined by the franchisor as deemed appropriate.

Territory Protection

Aira Fitness provides limited territory protection through a “Designated Area” around each approved location, typically 1 to 3 miles in radius. Within this area, Aira Fitness will not establish or franchise another studio, provided the franchisee complies with the agreement.

However, this area is not exclusive.

The franchisor may operate or license similar businesses under different trademarks and open locations at “Special Sites” like airports or universities. They can also market and sell products online or through other channels within any territory.
