Shoot 360 provides comprehensive training programs to support its franchisees. These programs include:

  1. Initial Training: Franchisees and their staff undergo thorough initial training to prepare them for opening and operating their Shoot 360 facility.
  2. Ongoing Training: Continuous training programs are offered to ensure franchisees and their teams stay updated with the latest operational practices and technological advancements.
  3. Coach Training: Specialized training is provided for coaches to equip them with the skills necessary to deliver effective instruction to athletes.
  4. Operations Training: Franchisees receive guidance on business operations, including staffing, payroll, and administrative tasks, to ensure efficient management of their facility.
  5. Marketing Support: Training includes strategies for local marketing and digital media to help franchisees establish and grow their presence in the community.

Territory Protection

Shoot 360 grants franchisees a “Protected Area” where no other Shoot 360 Gym will be opened by the franchisor or its affiliates, except in Captive Venues like airports or stadiums. This area is assigned at the time of site approval and remains fixed regardless of franchisee performance.

However, this protection does not include exclusivity over customers. Franchisees cannot restrict others from serving or marketing to customers within their Protected Area, and customers may choose any Shoot 360 location without triggering compensation or rights for the local franchisee.
