Journey 333 provides a comprehensive training framework to ensure that franchisees and their staff are well-prepared to operate the business effectively. The franchisor offers multiple training programs, each designed to target key operational roles and responsibilities.
Initial Training Program: This program is mandatory for franchisees and includes classroom and on-the-job training. Participants include the franchisee, the Operations Manager, the Head Coach, and optionally one additional employee. Training covers topics such as operations, sales, marketing, and coaching, and must be completed before opening the business.
Coach Training Program: The designated Head Coach must complete this specialized program within 30 days of being hired. This training ensures the Head Coach is fully prepared to lead classes and uphold Journey 333’s fitness standards. The program may be conducted virtually or in person, depending on the franchisor’s discretion.
Manager Training Program: This training is designed for the Operations Manager and must be completed before they begin their managerial duties or within 30 days of hire. It focuses on operational oversight and administrative tasks, with content subject to updates by the franchisor. The franchisor may also provide training through remote access modules when necessary.
Territory Protection
Journey 333 grants franchisees a defined territory, typically a three-mile radius in rural areas or a three-block radius in urban areas. Within this territory, no other Journey 333 facility will be established, provided the franchisee complies with the agreement. However, the franchisor can adjust the territory size at its discretion.
The franchisor retains rights to operate in non-public venues within the territory and to sell products or services through alternative channels, such as online sales. Franchisees have no rights to broader areas, no first refusal options for new territories, and must seek approval to advertise outside their designated area.
