Graze Craze Franchise FDD, Costs & Fees (2025)

Graze Craze specializes in gourmet grazing boxes and platters, curated with a selection of premium cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruits, and artisanal snacks, perfect for parties, events, or everyday indulgence.

Graze Craze, established in 2018 by U.S. Air Force veteran Kerry Sylvester in Oklahoma, has swiftly become a leader in the graze-style food category. Specializing in artfully designed charcuterie boards and boxes, the company offers a diverse selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, cheeses, gourmet sweets, and more, catering to various occasions and dietary preferences.

In August 2021, Graze Craze joined the United Franchise Group (UFG) family, expanding its reach and resources. The franchise process commenced shortly thereafter, with the first franchise locations opening by late summer 2021.

What sets Graze Craze apart is its commitment to "Concierge Customer Service," ensuring each customer receives personalized attention from their dedicated "Grazologist." This focus on exceptional service, combined with high-quality ingredients and customizable offerings, distinguishes Graze Craze in the competitive charcuterie market.

Training

Graze Craze Franchising provides a comprehensive training program to support franchisees. The training includes:

  1. Initial Training: Franchisees or their general managers must attend initial training at the corporate headquarters in Florida. This program includes lectures, discussions, on-the-job demonstrations, and practices. The franchise covers airfare, hotel accommodations, and one meal daily for one person. Additional attendees incur a fee and personal expenses.
  2. Certified Training Stores: Franchisees may attend training at designated Certified Training Stores. These locations are authorized to conduct training sessions for managers and other employees.
  3. Post-Opening Training: The franchisor may require franchisees or their employees, including shift leaders and general managers, to complete additional training programs after opening. These may occur at various locations and involve reasonable fees, with travel and related expenses borne by the franchisee.
  4. Web-Based Training: The franchisor may provide internet-based training programs or video series, treating these materials as confidential.

Territory Protection

Graze Craze Franchising grants franchisees a defined territory, within which it will not open or license another Graze Craze® outlet, except in limited-access venues like airports. This provides franchisees with operational exclusivity in their designated area.

However, the franchisor reserves the right to operate non-Graze Craze® businesses and sell products through other channels, such as online platforms, within the territory. Franchisees can deliver within their territory but are restricted from offering delivery services outside it, ensuring a balance between exclusivity and franchisor flexibility.
