Training 

The GoMobile Tires franchise provides an extensive training program that includes:

Mandatory Initial Training: A combination of online and onsite sessions covering franchise operations, financial management, marketing strategies, and service techniques. This training is compulsory for franchisees, their managers, and technicians.

Additional Training for Performance Improvement: Should franchisees not meet operational standards, they may be required to undergo further training, either at the franchisor's headquarters or at the franchisee's location.

Training for New Technicians: Any new technicians employed by franchisees must complete the franchisor's training program before engaging with customers.

Refresher Training Programs and Seminars: Franchisees and their staff are periodically required to attend refresher training programs or seminars at designated locations.

Territory Protection

The GoMobile Tires franchise grants franchisees a protected, yet non-exclusive, territory known as the "Franchise Territory." This territory is designated based on factors such as local vehicle registrations, population demographics, and geographic characteristics. While franchisees receive certain territorial protections, they may still encounter competition from other franchisees, franchisor-owned outlets, or other brands under the franchisor's control.

The franchisor commits not to establish or allow others to service customers within a franchisee's territory with the same franchise type, as long as the franchisee remains in compliance with the Franchise Agreement.
