Training

GNRG USA provides a structured training program for franchisees to help them operate a Solar Venture effectively. The franchisor outlines the following training offerings:

1. Initial Training Program: This is available for new franchisees or replacement employees. The cost for this program is the current per-person training fee (listed as $1,500), and it must be paid before training begins. Franchisees are also responsible for additional expenses including travel, lodging, meals, and wages for the trainees.
2. Additional On-Site Training: If the franchisee requests further training at their Solar Venture location, GNRG USA provides trainers at a per diem rate (currently $500 per day per trainer), in addition to expenses such as travel, lodging, and meals. This training is scheduled based on mutual agreement and must be paid when billed.

Territory Protection

GNRG USA offers limited territorial protection to its franchisees under specific conditions. A defined territory may be granted based on whether the location is urban or suburban, but no minimum area is guaranteed.

Importantly, during the agreement term, GNRG USA commits not to establish or license another Solar Venture within the specified territory, assuming the franchisee remains in compliance with the agreement.

However, the protection is subject to several exceptions. GNRG USA retains the right to sell products and services using alternative distribution channels such as the internet, catalog sales, or telemarketing, even within the franchisee’s territory.
