Initial Training Program: This is available for new franchisees or replacement employees. The cost for this program is the current per-person training fee (listed as $1,500), and it must be paid before training begins. Franchisees are also responsible for additional expenses including travel, lodging, meals, and wages for the trainees.
Additional On-Site Training: If the franchisee requests further training at their Solar Venture location, GNRG USA provides trainers at a per diem rate (currently $500 per day per trainer), in addition to expenses such as travel, lodging, and meals. Territory Protection
