RobotLAB provides a detailed and phased training program for its franchisees to ensure operational and technical readiness. Here are the key components of the training provided by the franchisor:

  1. New Franchisee Orientation Training (NFOT) – Business Fundamentals: This is the first phase and includes both online and self-directed instruction. Topics covered include business planning, inventory management, marketing, sales training, and point-of-sale systems. Attendance is mandatory before opening the franchise.
  2. New Franchisee Orientation Training (NFOT) – Technical Product Training: This second phase focuses on training related to the robots and technology products offered. The training has three levels:
    • Level 1: ~4 hours per robot
    • Level 2: ~50 hours per robot
    • Level 3: ~130 hours per robot
      Successful completion of at least Level 2 is required to operate the business.
  3. Pre-Opening and Grand Opening Support: Franchisor provides pre-opening assistance and on-site support around the time of the grand opening to help with business setup and early operations.

Territory Protection

RobotLAB grants its franchisees a “Protected Territory,” which is a mutually agreed-upon area defined by zip codes or geographic markers. Within this territory, no other RobotLAB franchises or company-owned locations will be established.

Franchisees may deliver goods and services only within this assigned area unless otherwise approved. However, RobotLAB does not offer exclusive territorial rights.

The franchisor reserves the right to sell products and services under different trademarks, open company-owned or affiliate locations outside of the Protected Territory, and use alternative distribution channels like the internet or catalog sales.
