Training

Territory Protection

Batteries Plus Bulbs offers territory protection to its franchisees, ensuring they have a defined area where no other Batteries Plus store will be established. This protected area typically extends to either a three-mile radius or encompasses 150,000 people, whichever is smaller. 

This arrangement helps franchisees secure their market and reduce direct competition from other Batteries Plus locations within their territory.

During the term of the Franchise Agreement, as long as franchisees comply with its provisions, the franchisor will not open another franchised or company-owned store within the protected area.
