Training

Glow Sauna Studios provides a structured and multi-phase training program for its franchisees. The training includes the following:

  1. Initial Training Program: This is mandatory and must be completed before the franchisee can open for business. It includes:
    • Corporate Training (2–3 days) at Glow's headquarters in Texas or another designated location.
    • On-Site Training at the franchise location.
    • Both franchisee and a designated manager must attend.
    • Additional trainees beyond the first two must pay the current training fee.
  2. Replacement Personnel Training: If any key personnel need to be replaced or fail to complete the Initial Training, Glow will provide the program again, contingent on payment of the training fee.
  3. Additional and Refresher Training: Franchisees and their management may be required to attend up to five days of further training annually. This ensures compliance with updated standards and operational procedures. These sessions may require payment of a tuition fee and travel costs.

Territory Protection

Glow Sauna Studios does not offer exclusive territory protection to its franchisees by default. Franchisees may be granted a "Designated Territory" where no other franchise using the same marks and system will be opened from a physical location as long as the franchisee remains in compliance with their agreement.

However, the franchisor retains broad rights to establish outlets at non-traditional sites, operate under different brands, or distribute services through alternative channels such as the internet or mail order, even within the franchisee’s designated territory.

Furthermore, Glow Sauna Studios explicitly discloses that franchisees may face competition from other franchisees, corporate outlets, or alternative distribution methods controlled by the franchisor.
