Initial Training for Franchisees Brilliant Franchise requires the Principal Executive and one general manager to complete the pre-opening training program. This training is conducted at either the franchisor’s headquarters or a designated Brilliant Massage & Skin location and must be completed at least four weeks before opening. While there is no fee for the training itself, franchisees are responsible for all travel and lodging expenses.
Training Delivery Method Training is delivered through a combination of self-directed learning, video tutorials, checklists, shadowing, and instructional materials provided by the franchisor. Classes may be led by the franchisor’s corporate staff or designated experienced trainers, typically with a minimum of one year of relevant experience. A passing score on a final test is required to complete the training successfully.
